On Sunday October 25th from 12:30pm-3:00pm at the Nassau Inn. See local models hit the runway wearing merchandise from Au Courant Opticians, Bucks County Dry Goods, Nine West, Talbots, Stacy Gemma, Luxaby Baby & Child, Coach and more. Plus, enjoy food, drink and an exclusive gift bag filled goodies and great shopping offers. The $25 ticket price will benefit Dress for Success® Mercer County. To purchase tickets, visit www.palmersquare.com.
“It’s a fun, high-energy show with lovely local women as our models,” explains Anita Fresolone, Marketing Director for Palmer Square Management. “I think people leave wanting to go shopping, not only at the stores they were already familiar with, but also at the ones they just learned more about on the runway, which is great!”
Some highlights will include outerwear and accessories from Coach, designer eyewear from Au Courant Opticians, bohemian chic styles from Bucks County Dry Goods, the newest arrivals from Nine West, classic looks from Talbots, trendy designs from Stacy Gemma, unique children’s apparel from Luxaby Baby & Child and yoga-wear from lululemon athletica.
“We are thrilled to be working again with Palmer Square on this fundraiser,” says Debbie Bronfeld, Executive Director at Dress for Success Mercer County. “This October is our two year anniversary as a chapter. In 2009, we’ve suited almost 300 women out of our Hamilton, NJ boutique for interviews, job fairs and for employment. All proceeds from this event will support our two core programs, our suiting program and our Professional Women’s Group.”
All attendees will receive complimentary raffle tickets, a drink ticket, beauty samples, shopping coupons and a fabulous tote bag from our media sponsor, Princeton Magazine.
New this year, shopping after the show will raise more money for the cause. With each promotional coupon redeemed, PNC Bank will donate $50 to Dress for Success®, up to $1,000.
The host of the show this year is Robin Vitale. Robin was Miss New Jersey USA 2002 and has modeled in our fashion during the past three years. She is currently the Senior Director for Advocacy for The American Heart Association / American Stroke Association. Robin has similarly hosted the national pageant for the America’s National Teenager Scholarship Organization in Nashville, TN for the past three years.
Alex Laird is the co-coordinator of the show. His Manhattan-based company, Concepts Visualized, specializes in visual merchandising and fashion.
